How We Make Decisions

The decision making processes take place in various meetings i.e. Practice, Partnership, Doctors, Clinical, Significant Event, Complaints, Survey, Palliative Care, Nursing Homes, Prescribing, Patient Participation Group and all the meetings are minuted.  Copies of these anonomised minutes are available at a charge of £20 provided they do not conflict with the Data Protection Act.
